To the People of Canada

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

it will be surely unusual that a citizen of the Federal Republic of Germany wants to ask for asylum in Canada because of political and religious persecution. The periods of violations of human rights and religious freedom in Germany seemed to be past at the end of the socialistic German Democratic Republik (East Germany) in 1990 finally. The Federal Republic of Germany is a worldwide respected legal state today. But demand and reality disagree very often.

But at first please allow me to make some general statements. I have to respect the laws of the German legal provisions for publications. And so it is forbidden to publish names of private persons. Further than I must avoid to publish clear marks of idenfications. So I ´ve replaced private names by three points ("...") in this website. Detailled intelligences - especially court records - are only available in German language. So I ´m locking for a German speaking Canadian lawyer who wants to help me.

I want to simplify my statements as far as it´s possible. If you want to get more detailled information, please click at the links in the text.

There are some German words like Volksverhetzung, Berufsverbot etc., you cannot translate into the English language, because there are no equivalents in British or American justice. Please click at the links to get detailled definitions.

I ´m a honest man and I don´t want to obtain by tricks the immigration to Canada, although this could be the easiest way. But my request isn´t reduced to my fate which makes it impossible for me to stay in the Federal Republic of Germany any longer. It´s neccessary to make known worldwide the general grievances of my home - land in order to obtain refinements. The idealistic aim is to secure for every man living and working in his home - land in peace and freedom and to make asylum superflous one day.
